1. Where are you located?

We live and work in Amarillo, Texas. All items will ship from here.

2. I’m having trouble with searching The Collection’s collections... Help!
​
We have designed our site to allow you to search by collection! If you have been searching and are not getting any results, be sure to clear the filters before continuing. Or you can always shoot us an e-mail and we are happy to help you search!

3. What is your return policy?
​
We hope that you’re pleased with your purchases but if you are not for any reason, please e-mail us with any issues! If an item is broken due to shipping, you have 48 hours from the time you receive your items to notify us of any damages. We’ll request you e-mail a photo of the box and broken item and we will make it right by a refund or replacement item.

4. Are any of your items new?
​
The Collection is a mix or both modern and unique vintage items. Some vintage items do show wear but we are very selective in the quality of items we offer so they have lots of life left in them. If you have a concern about an item, we are happy to send additional photos upon request.

5. Are all your items in stock?
​
Yes! If you see it, it is available and ready to ship.

6. I’m looking for a specific item, can you shop for me?
​
Yes! We love treasure hunting for you! Send us an e-mail (see the link below) with details about what you need.

7. I need my items yesterday, can I have them shipped faster?!
Yes! Please just send us an e-mail to letting us know your needs and we will get things shipped out ASAP!

8. How do I tell what size your items are?
Each item has it’s measurements on the listing - and since every item is in stock if you require any additional info, please reach out and we are happy to provide whatever you may need.
